Letter from BOM to School Community

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we reach the end of the school year, the Board of management would like to thank you for your Co-operation in making the difficult task of safely educating our children a priority during the recent Covid pandemic.

The Pandemic has been an unprecedented time in all our lives and our thanks go out to the efforts of parents, teachers and school staff in keeping everyone safe.

As we look forward to the new school year, many of the health and safety protocols that we implemented will be kept operational.

The school day will run from 9.20 am until 3.05 pm and we ask parents to continue to operate the drop off procedures already in place. This drop off and collection system has resulted in less traffic congestion around the school so will remain in place in future.

Pupils will be accepted into the school from 9.20 am to 9.40 am and will go directly to their class rooms using all the entry doors as they do currently.

We wish all of our pupils and their families a very happy and safe Summer Holiday.

Regards,

Board Of Management,

St. Dympnas N.S.
