World Book Day - Dress up

On Thursday 7th March we celebrated World Book Day. We had a parade so the children could see all of the wonderful costumes. Well done to all of the children (and parents!) who took part in our dress up day.

Comhghairdeas to Rían, Fionn, Cathal, Hannah, Aaron, Lottie, Caoimhe, Harry, Rhys, Sadie and Holly who won the prize for best costume in their classes. 

Our World Book Day celebrations included our Used Book Sale. Thank you so much to all of the families who donated and purchased books. There was an incredible atmosphere during our sale and the children couldn't wait to bring their books home, some even came back on day two to purchase more books from the same series. A lovely event which not only raised funds for our school but also helped foster an interest and love of reading.
