Christmas in Feileacáin

Santa came to visit Feileacáin last week.

Take a look!

NOV 2020

This Month the Féileacháin classrrom was busy place! We were reading the 'Hungry Caterpillar'. We learned all about how a caterpillar eats lots of yummy food, makes a cocoon and bursts out as a beautiful butterfly! We also really enjoyed nature walks where we got to say hello to the lovely cows and the calves in the field. We met a very special little wagtail bird that flew into the playground every day. We sang lots of nursery rhymes 'Baa, Baa, Black Sheep' was one of our favourites. We made our own sheep during art time using cotton wool, paper plates and pipe cleaners! We really did have a lot of fun.

We are looking forward to Christmas now and preparing for our Christmas performance. Well done to everybody in the Féileacháin classroom!
