Tree Projects in Third Class

In October, 3rd class learned about lots of different types of trees. They got into small groups and made projects about them. They love projects! It was a great way to learn and remember facts, as well as practise nice handwriting and excellent drawing. They researched themselves in school and at home. Mrs. Halligan came in and chose a winning project, and Caoimhe and Betty got a Homework Pass for being the winners!

3rd and 4th Class Girls' Football Win against Dangan

Well done to our 3rd and 4th class girl footballers who had a great win in the Peadar Lehane Cup beating Dangan N.S.

The girls were super on the day and had excellent performances throughout.

They have two matches left against Boardsmill and Ballivor. Best of luck to the girls and well done to their two coaches Miss Massey and Miss McGowan!!

3rd Class Dancing Achievements

Well done to our 3 Irish dancers who won several medals at their recent Feis!

We are very proud of their great work - dancing is a great skill to have and the girls are doing themselves and their school proud.
