Final Assembly 2022-23
Final Assembly 2022-23
On Wednesday morning we held our final assembly for the school year 2022-23. We opened the assembly with a wonderful prayer servuce led by Cian, Lavine and Ethan. Next our student council read out the Good News. Our student council were presented with certificates for their excellent contribution throughout the year (missing from the photo are Anna and Max).
We were then treated to a music spectacular by 4th Class who played 'Crazy world' by Aslan and the 'World Cup Song' followed by our 5th Class who played two songs from the musical 'Joseph'.
Our 6th Class closed our assembly with a sneak peak of their graduation dance. Such a lovely assembly who finish off another school year.

Basketball Success

Our two basketball teams have had great success lately in the basketball.
They had two games each last week against Bohermeen and Robinstown.

In two keenly contested games, the girls unfortunately came out the wrong side of both games, despite their best efforts. The girls can feel very proud of their efforts which saw them come third in their group.

The boys lost their first game to Bohermeen but then recovered to defeat Robinstown in a thrilling encounter played in the hall in Kildalkey N.S.. They await the results of the other games in the group to see if they have made a final.
Well done to both teams and well done to their coaches Kitty and Brian!
