Slán Denise!!
We're sad to see Denise leave after 18 incredible months with our school community. Denise has been an integral part of our team, providing unwavering support to students and staff alike. Her kindness, patience, and dedication have made a lasting impact on everyone she's worked with.
We'll miss Denise's positive energy, her willingness to lend a helping hand, and her infectious enthusiasm. However, we're also excited for her new adventures and opportunities.
We wish Denise all the best in her future endeavors and thank her for her tireless commitment to our school community. You will be sadly missed, Denise!
First Communion 2025
Well done to our Misneach class and our two second classes who made their first holy Communion on Saturday, 17th May.
It was a beautiful day with two beautiful ceremonies, with Fr. Ciarán doing stellar work presiding over both ceremonies.
After both ceremonies, all parents and students came back to the school Hall to have some refreshments and teas etc put on by the generous and hard working Parents' Association.
Thank you to all who made the day the success it was. The choir sang beautifully, directed by Miss Kealey and Mrs. Kelly. The three classes were extremely well prepared by their teachers, Miss Smyth, Miss Coote and Miss O'Sullivan.

Primary Schools Sprints and Relays Competition
Congratulations to the children who competed in the Primary Schools Sprints and Relays Competition held in Fr. Murphy A.C. today, Wednesday 22nd May. We had a lot of success in both the individual sprints and relay sprints. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful day out!
Well done to Harry who placed 3rd in the 2nd Class 60m sprint.
Well done to Siún who placed 2nd in the 3rd Class 80m sprint.
Well done to Grace who placed 1st in the 4th Class 80m sprint.
Well done to Patrick who placed 1st in the 4th Class 80m sprint.
Well done to Éabha-Marie who placed 3rd in the 5th Class 100m sprint.
2nd Class Boys placed 2nd in their relay race!

Peadar Lehane Football Final
Best of luck to the boys in 3rd and 4th class who take on Dangan N.S. in the Peadar Lehane football final on Thursday, 30th November.
The boys have beaten Dangan, Boardsmill and Ballivor en route to the final.
The very best of luck to the boys! Throw in is at 1.00 in Boardsmill N.S.
