Trophies Galore!!
The students of Kildalkey NS had visitors today - 6 visitors!!
They were joined by all the trophies that the hurling club has won this year - no less than six!!
An amazing achievement by the club and one that the students hope to emulate some day!
Many thanks to Nick Fitzgerald for organising the trophies and thanks to Shane Reilly for coming in earlier in the week to speak to all the classes!
The school wishes the hurling team, particularly the past students, the very best of luck in the Leinster championship.
Shoebox Appeal 2023
Thanks to all who contributed to our Shoebox Appeal again this year.
We collected a whopping 125 boxes!!
They are all going to those in need.
A huge thanks to all who contributed and in particular to Pauline and Angie who organised it all.

Christmas Craft Fair!
The Christmas Craft Fair is taking place on December 3rd this year from 12.30 to 4.00 in Kildalkey School Hall.
We are looking forward to it immensely!

Christmas is Coming!!
School Opening 13/11/23
As per recent government announcements, Kildalkey N.S. will remain closed until 10.00 tomorrow morning.
Students are not permitted to be on the grounds before that time, owing to Health and Safety reasons.
Bus Éireann has advised that it will not be operating school transport in the morning but afternoon services are intended to operate as normal, subject to local road conditions being safe to travel.
As there is a possibility of power outages and structural damage, the school will be assessed prior to 10.00am. If there is a need to close, parents will be contacted as soon as is possible in the morning.
