Book Fair

The book fair will be taking place this year on Thursday, 15th November.

All the different classes will have an opportunity to peruse the different books to see what different titles are available and purchase a book if they wish.

Parents will also have opportunities throughout the day to visit the Book Fair.

As the saying goes - Books are for life, not just for Christmas!

Important Dates

A few important dates for the year ahead.

Sixth Class Confirmation - Thursday, 28th February.

Second Class Communion - Saturday, 18th May.

Do This in Memory Meeting (2nd Class) - Wednesday, 26th Sept (8.00 p.m.)

First Confession (2nd Class) - Wednesday, 13th March (7.00 p.m.)

More information will given on the different events closer to the respective dates.

New School Year

The new school year begins on Friday, 31st August at 9.25.

We are anticipating a great year ahead with lots of new faces to meet as old friends to catch up with!

Hope everyone enjoyed their summer and that they are well rested and ready for another busy year!!

Rith 2012

Well done to all today who took part in Rith 2012.

Several children and parents took part in the run, which went from LIDL through the town

and out onto the Dublin Road.

Well done to Miss O'Sullivan for organising the event so effectively and a sincere thank you to all those who turned up this morning and made the event the success it was.
