Mini Scientist Finals 2026

Well done to our boys from 6th class who qualified for the Mini Scientist Finals last Friday.

Held in TU Dublin in Blanchardstown, the boys were competing amongst the best projects in all of Ireland!

They did themselves and their school proud as they displayed their project to the many jduges on the day!

Basketball Fun!

A huge thank you to Kitty and John for all the great work they've done with the 5th and 6th class in basketball since November!

The two coaches have taken then 5th and 6th classes and have improved their skills no end!

The students have had great fun learning the skills and rules of the game!

Aladdin the Musical 2026!

Huge congratulations to our 3rd and 5th Class students on their fantastic performance of Aladdin at the Mullingar Arts Centre! 

Tuesday was a busy and exciting day, filled with final rehearsals, costumes, and getting familiar with props, lighting, and special effects.

Then, performing to a sold-out audience, the children truly impressed everyone with their outstanding acting and singing. The students were excellent throughout and represented the school with great pride!

The show was the culmination of months of hard work and dedication from the students, and their efforts certainly paid off. A sincere thank you to the team at the Mullingar Arts Centre for providing such a professional setting. For many of our 3rd Class students, it was their very first time performing on a large stage, making the experience even more special and memorable.

Well done to all in 3rd and 5th Class on an amazing achievement and a truly unforgettable experience!

New Special Class Allocation

Kildalkey N.S. is delighted to announce that we will be opening a new autism class in September.

We were notified by the NCSE today, Monday 9th February, that a new class has been sanctioned.
