Active Schools Week

During Active schools week we had lots of fun and exercise. We stopped our work and music came over the speakers and the whole school dropped what they were at to dance. We did laps most days. Here are some pictures of us out doing our laps.

Sports Day was such a busy day that we did our piggy back race the next day and had the most amazing fun!

Water Safety Ireland's PAWS (Primary Aquatics Water Safety) 

In 4th class we learned all about safety in all types of water including the pool, beach, home and farm. We had a poster competition and all of the entries were outstanding! A big congratulations to the winners Liam and Katie on their amazing posters!! 

The Stop Motion Premier

Stop Motion Premier

It was an exciting few days for 4th class when they had the premier of their stop motion projects. It was fantastic to share our movies with the rest of the school. It was super fun having popcorn in specially designed popcorn cones made by 4th class too. Everyone loved the videos.

3rd/4th class Hurling Blitz

Such fun was had at the Hurling Blitz! All of the children from the different schools were in mixed teams and played fantastically!
